What are the club timings?

The club will operate from 9am - 9pm from Monday - Saturday. Sunday will be a weekly off. The club will remain closed on all national and public holidays.

What are the cafe timings?

The cafe will remain operational from 12 noon till 9pm on all working days.

What are the services available to non-members?

The non members can access a host of facilities at the club at a nominal fee. The non member can access to meeting rooms, events space, guru zone, play zone (subject to availability) at an applicable fees.
The non member also have access to a multi cuisine cafe - Whiz Cafe that is operational on all working days.

What is the food and alcohol policy of the club?

No outside food or alcohol will be allowed inside the club. In case of an event special permission needs to be taken in case the event organisers are not using in-house catering. Please drop a mail to events@whizdomindia.com for any requests for outside catering.

What is cancellation policy for events, meeting rooms and club membership?

In case of an event booking, cancellations upto 48 hours to the event will be charged 50% of total amount else 100% of the amount will be charged.
In case of a meeting room booking, 100% of the amount will be charged in case of an cancellation.
In case of membership, we will charge you on pro-rata basis.
